How You Will Make a Difference

  • Proven leadership in managing mobile development teams (iOS and Android), aligning project goals with business objectives
  • Expertise in developing modern, user-friendly mobile interfaces, especially using Swift for iOS
  • Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Skill in building high-performance mobile apps with real-time interactions and seamless UX
  • Commitment to high standards of security and code quality, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable applications
  • Ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, backend) for continuous improvement
  • Advocacy for best practices in mobile development and guiding teams in their implementation

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in guiding product development with technical insights aligned with company goals
  • Prioritization skills for mobile project tasks, especially in Swift for iOS
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in mobile projects
  • Implementation of best practices within the Swift ecosystem
  • Experience conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to manage team schedules and project timelines effectively
  • Strong communication skills for weekly / biweekly team and stakeholder meetings
