We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team in the Investment Banking division of Madrid. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a strong analytical mind and excellent commercial understanding.

The role involves working within small, focused teams on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financing and capital raising assignments. Key responsibilities include gathering and synthesizing operating and financial information about companies and industries, conducting relevant market research, developing and maintaining financial models, searching for market data to analyze trends and value companies, using various valuation techniques, and preparing presentations and memoranda.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Gathering and synthesizing operating and financial information about companies and industries
  • Conducting relevant market research to assist with the origination of new M&A transactions
  • Developing and maintaining financial models for new transactions
  • Searching for market data to analyze trends and value companies
  • Using various valuation techniques
  • Preparing presentations and memoranda

About You

  • You must have outstanding analytical skills, a deep understanding of finance and markets, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or engineering is required, with an excellent academic background
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with previous experience in Investment Banks, M&A Boutiques or Corporate Finance departments highly valued
  • A strong work ethic and passion for excellence are necessary to succeed in this role
  • You must be a quick learner, able to manage multiple responsibilities and perform well under pressure
