Collect purchase orders from various sources, including customers, sales teams, and online portals.Data Entry :
Accurately enter purchase order information into the company's order management system.Order Verification :
Verify the completeness and accuracy of purchase orders, ensuring they meet the company's requirements and standards.Order Tracking :
Maintain a system for tracking the status of purchase orders, including order confirmations, shipping, and delivery information.Communication :
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.B b Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related fieldProven experience in purchase order processing or a similar role.Proficiency in using order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of order-to-cash processes is a plus.Ideally prior experience of :
