Responsibilities :

• Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user.
• Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), ensure the Maglumi system works properly, and improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user.
• Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer.
• Collect the Maglumi installation information, establish relationships, and follow up with reference customers.
• Provide service training to local engineers and establish relationships with engineers from different distributors, continually guiding and improving their technical skills.
• Apply for reagents and spare parts for regional distributors and return the corresponding spare parts in a timely manner, following up on complaints.
• Perform other tasks as needed from Snibe.
