YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Global Legal Team, the legal professional will interface and coordinate legal functions, offering support in Spain and other countries where Systra Ibérica operates, on the following matters :

• Provide legal advice and analysis on a range of issues, primarily contractual, related to project procurement.
• Draft and advise on contracts and agreements for SYSTRA Ibérica’s projects worldwide.
• Act as a key point of contact for negotiations and contract performance with internal and external parties.
• Engage with internal teams, clients, partners, subcontractors, and legal advisors regularly.
• Understand active projects and upcoming tenders thoroughly.
• Offer legal advice to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with management to meet objectives and ensure compliance through training.
• Coordinate with insurance brokers for projects and tenders.
• Work with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Draft legal notices and manage dispute cases.
• Manage local corporate processes, including governance and compliance, in cooperation with the Group's corporate team.
• Participate actively in the Systra Group legal network.
