TITLE OF THE POSITION OFFERED : Cybersecurity Analyst.

TYPE OF CONTRACT : Temporary.

PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY : GROUP II. Intermediate Level Qualification (Diploma, Technical Engineer or equivalent).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's Degree in Telematics Engineering.

WEEKLY DEDICATION : Full-time (35 hours per week). Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

GROSS ANNUAL REMUNERATION : The worker will receive a gross annual salary of €24,937.36.

PROJECT TITLE : R&D&I Laboratory in Cybersecurity, Privacy and Secure Communications.

DURATION : The contract to be signed will be for a fixed term of 4 months from the date of signing, extendable depending on budget availability, but not exceeding the end date of the project.

INTENDED DATE OF DEPUTY EMPLOYMENT : Immediate.

TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT :

Those hired will work together on three priority areas of R&D&I : OSINT, ethical hacking / MITRE ATT&CK with deception systems, and IoT security. They will plan and execute open source collection campaigns, design and perform on-premise and cloud penetration tests, emulate adversaries based on MITRE ATT&CK, deploy honeypots and deception grids, and develop scripts to automate scraping, exploitation, analysis and reporting. Possible tasks also include threat modelling, IoT hardware and firmware risk analysis, Zero-Trust architecture creation, traffic monitoring and device identity management. Your work will include preparing technical and executive reports, presenting findings to technical and management audiences, and collaborating with compliance and communication teams to ensure legal and ethical compliance. In addition, they will document processes, maintain internal repositories, participate in research and knowledge transfer projects, and engage in continuous learning. Given the dynamic nature of this field, they must be prepared to pivot to new emerging areas by adapting their skills and methodologies to the team's priorities. They will also participate in outreach and dissemination activities in both the academic community and society at large.

Specific Requirements

Academic qualifications (academic record, preferred degrees, other official qualifications, etc.) : 10%.

Specific training : training courses in the field of cybersecurity will be valued (15%).

Professional experience : Professional experience in the field of cybersecurity will be valued (30%).

Languages : knowledge of English will be valued (5%).

Personal interview : The interview will assess technical skills in cybersecurity, particularly in OSINT, ethical hacking / MITRE, deception systems and IoT security, as well as cross-cutting skills. Proficiency in tools, the ability to formulate hypotheses, collect, verify and correlate data, and knowledge of the applicable legal and ethical framework will be examined. In addition, emphasis will be placed on critical thinking, creative problem solving, oral and written communication skills for preparing and presenting comprehensive reports, collaboration in multidisciplinary teams, efficient time management, proactivity in continuous learning and adaptability (40%).
