Position : IT Solutions Analyst (Remote in Spain)
Work location : 100% remote, within Spain.
This role involves business analysis and quality assurance activities aligned with our solution development methodology and supporting IT projects. The analyst will support end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring tasks, creating and maintaining project artifacts, and ensuring proper user acceptance testing. The role requires liaising with end users, software vendors, and programmers to troubleshoot issues, implement new systems, and upgrade existing systems, with accountability for the entire implementation process.
Responsibilities :
- Assess client needs through structured requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and change management to identify business priorities and advise on options.
- Define requirements and develop or maintain computer applications / systems to meet client needs.
- Ensure the end-to-end implementation and realization of IT solutions, collaborating with staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Analyze performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction.
- Develop and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for business solutions.
- Support reporting and analytical functions for solution maintenance.
- Identify and pursue engagement opportunities for solutions practice and troubleshoot issues from requirements translation.
- Analyze customer operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Review and approve test plans, monitor testing processes, and ensure minimal risk.
- Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations.
- Collaborate with business partners and developers to ensure understanding of processes and requirements.
- Engage with IT staff, management, vendors, and contractors.
- Support project planning and coordination among teams.
- Elicit business requirements and develop user stories and mock-ups.
- Participate in backlog grooming, prioritization, and estimation.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.Preferred certifications : CBAP, ITIL, ITSM, CISSP.4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in client software solutions or IT operations management.Skills & Knowledge :
Includes critical thinking, detail orientation, impact and influence, interpersonal communication, multitasking, problem-solving, time management, application design, business process modeling, cloud infrastructure, database management, technical documentation, network architecture, scalable tech, SDLC, systems integration, and knowledge of BPM, ERP systems, Java frameworks, MS Office, RDBMS, operating systems, and servers.
