Cloud Infrastructure Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud infrastructure, including managing and monitoring network functions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements.

  • Manage and monitor network functions, including compute hardware and Linux systems
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to ensure high performance and reliability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end connectivity and integration processes
  • Develop strategies to leverage automated monitoring and change methods

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need :

  • Several years of experience in Ericsson NFVI operations, with a strong focus on Ubuntu LX, Suse LX, compute hardware, datacenter networks, and SDN concepts
  • Knowledge and experience in Network Function Virtualization (compute, memory, network) and management tools (SDN, Openstack, VNFM)
  • Strong knowledge in operating and monitoring compute hardware and Linux LCM (Ubuntu and Suse)
  • Skilled in implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure network health and optimize performance and reliability
  • User-level expertise in Anritsu, Netscout, Wireshark, HP Service Manager (HPSM), and ETSI-MANO architecture
