Content of the position : We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Functional Analyst
to join our team. The Functional Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into functional specifications for system development.
Key Responsibilities : -Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. -Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. -Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business expectations. -Participate in solution design and assist in evaluating potential systems and tools. -Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate testing efforts with stakeholders. -Provide training and support to users on new systems or functionalities. -Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements.
Your Responsibilities : As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for : Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify business requirements. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate proposed solutions. Support the development team during the implementation phase, clarifying requirements and resolving issues. Participate in system configuration, data mapping, and integration efforts as needed. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect tracking. Create and maintain clear documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Provide post-implementation support and training to end users. Monitor solution performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For :
Languages :
Fluent in English language. Interview will be conducted in English. Studies :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience :
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis techniques. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience in automotive industry is a super plus!
Technical skills : Proficiency in
requirements gathering and documentation
techniques (e.g., use cases, user stories, functional specs). Strong knowledge of
business process modeling
e.g., BPMN, flowcharts). Experience with
requirements management tools
e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with
and ability to query databases for data analysis and validation. Understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Agile / Scrum
methodologies. Basic knowledge of
system integration concepts , APIs, and data mapping. Ability to create and execute
test cases
and support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Experience working with
ERP ,
CRM , or other enterprise systems (optional, depending on industry). Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel, Word, and Visio or Lucidchart.
Soft Skills : Excellent
analytical and problem-solving
abilities. Strong
communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. High level of
attention to detail
and organizational skills. Strong
interpersonal skills
and the ability to build effective working relationships. Critical thinking
and the ability to challenge assumptions and identify better solutions. Team collaboration
and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Adaptability
and comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments. Time management
and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive mindset and strong sense of
ownership and accountability .
