Project Management Specialist

Our goal is to find a highly skilled professional who can manage our subcontractors and ensure the success of our projects.

We are seeking a Subcontract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for managing and administering subcontracts, as well as maintaining comprehensive relationships with our subcontractors.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing project scopes, tenders for works and services, and price analysis. You will also be responsible for subcontracting and follow-up from inception to completion.

You will work closely with our Cost Control, Planning, and Quantity Control teams to ensure that all tasks are coordinated and managed effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing subcontracts for civil, mechanical, and electromechanical works, as well as renting machinery and equipment, and contracting complementary services necessary for the development of the work.
