At DC Fine Chemicals, we are dedicated to providing high-quality fine chemical products to various industries worldwide. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated QA / Regulatory Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Review product and manufacturer documentation to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and update tracking databases, documentation, and request renewals of expired certificates and declarations.
• Maintain file systems, issue requests, review, and update documentation as required.
• Verify technical information of products according to their nature (API, Prm, etc.).
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and supporting inspection processes.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from audits are properly implemented and documented.
• Help ensure adherence to quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with departments to keep the documentation system current, complete, and compliant.
• Review packaging and manufacturing orders and approve finished products.
• Generate client-required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint reporting and Ecovadis assessments.
