Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and streamlining the user experience for our global product and platform systems.

As system experts, you will provide first-level support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Analyze data and models using R and Python, troubleshooting coding issues as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and technical analytics skills.

Develop user guides and support documentation to drive adoption and ease of use.

Leverage your technical skills and product expertise to inform GenAI capabilities, optimizing user processes and reducing friction for a positive experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of analytic programming languages (R and Python) and associated machine learning / statistical ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of optimization, machine learning, and deep learning algorithms.
  • Understanding of computer science fundamentals, software design principles, and testing strategies.
  • Experience with large database environments (e.g., RDBMS, Spark, Hadoop).
  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • Skills in performance optimization and scalability (e.g., parallelization, code optimization, functions as a service).
  • Statistical skills and knowledge of econometric techniques, survey statistics, and causal inference.
  • Basic understanding of Dockerization and Kubernetes / docker-compose.
  • Experience with REST API / GraphQL and deploying services.
