Job Title : SAP IBP Implementation Manager for S&OP

This role is responsible for the design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of IS solutions supporting business operations related to Manufacturing Production Forecast.

What you will do

• Develop and implement IS strategy (SAP IBP) : Create and execute an innovative IS strategy for the production forecast function aligned with HORSE's business objectives.
• Identify and implement new technologies : Introduce new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user satisfaction.
• Data governance and analytics : Develop data governance, referentials, and exposure to enable dashboards and analytics activities.
• Stakeholder collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Project management : Lead IS projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards, while managing risks and providing status updates.
• Compliance and standards : Ensure IS solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Operational excellence : Implement metrics and KPIs to measure IS solution performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support digital transformation : Align with the global Digital Strategy and support the company's digital transformation initiatives.
