Your main responsibilities will be :

• Design and Develop Pega Applications : Create and maintain robust, scalable Pega applications tailored to meet business requirements.
• Customize and Configure Solutions : Adapt Pega applications through customization and configuration to align with specific business needs and processes.
• Integration and Implementation : Implement Pega applications and integrate them seamlessly with external systems, APIs, and existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and deliver effective solutions.
• Ensure Quality and Performance : Conduct thorough unit testing of Pega applications to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in Code Reviews : Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality, provide constructive feedback, and share best practices with peers.
• Adapt and Learn : Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, particularly in mastering Pega development if lacking prior experience, with full support provided.
