Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as an L3 Support Engineer .

Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot all L3 cases for complex products and platforms, including diagnosing issues, resolving them, testing, and generating patches.
  • Work on the container deployment aspect of the product, recently released.
  • Collaborate with L2 support, development, and delivery teams to analyze, debug, and resolve product issues.
  • Assist peers in R&D with commitment and ownership to drive issues to closure, demonstrating strong communication skills and courtesy.

Job requirements :

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Shell scripting, with experience in Linux / Unix scripting (Bash).
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn virtualization and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
  • Additional skills that are a plus include :
  • Knowledge of telecom protocols like Diameter, Radius, SOAP / HTTP, SMPP, Web Services, REST architecture.
  • Networking knowledge including protocols, distributed systems, security, and high availability.
  • Experience in software testing (functional, system, performance) using tools like Seagull, JMeter, SOAP UI.
  • Web services, XML, JMX, JDBC, JMS, LDAP, Java Security.
  • Database knowledge such as Oracle and MySQL.
  • Understanding of High Availability Systems (HA).
  • Familiarity with SDLC in an Agile environment.
  • Candidate profile :

    Fluent in English, based in Spain, and meeting the above qualifications. Only candidates who meet these requirements will be considered.
