Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through the winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in the fall of 2025.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develops, implements, and sustains IT solutions to business problems to improve processes, develop systems and policies, enhance user proficiency, and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Leads and manages enhancements and small to medium-sized projects.
- Configures and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.
- Serves as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions, and IT. Enables super-users through training and knowledge transfer to leverage IT systems for automation and optimization.
- Works with stakeholders to develop ROI-based business cases for enhancements and projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, with 6 years of related experience, orMaster's Degree or equivalent in computer science or related field, with 4 years of related experience.Experience & Skills :
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global business environments.Organizational and project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.Knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP (e.g., JDE, SAP), MES (e.g., CAMSTAR), SCADA (e.g., Aveva), LIMS (e.g., Labware), and Calibration and Maintenance systems (e.g., Maximo).Strong experience in Manufacturing and Quality systems (ERP, MES, Labeling).Evidence of Continuous Professional Development, e.g., familiarity with Agile frameworks.Experience with FDA guidelines for Software Quality and Systems Validation is preferred.Additional Qualities :
