Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through the winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in the fall of 2025.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develops, implements, and sustains IT solutions to business problems to improve processes, develop systems and policies, enhance user proficiency, and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Leads and manages enhancements and small to medium-sized projects.
• Configures and tests systems to execute features, integration, and reporting.
• Serves as liaison between business process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions, and IT. Enables super-users through training and knowledge transfer to leverage IT systems for automation and optimization.
• Works with stakeholders to develop ROI-based business cases for enhancements and projects.
