What You Can Expect

  • Drive global ocean freight product initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Lead cross-functional product development including business processes, wireframes, and validation.
  • Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Establish SOPs, policies, and global standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Develop KPIs and performance reporting (e.g., in Qlik Sense) to improve data quality and transparency.
  • Conduct user research, manage feedback, and lead A / B testing and pilot programs.
  • Ensure successful rollout and ongoing support in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for alignment and timely execution.
  • Support team members, foster collaboration, and resolve blockers.
  • Continuously improve products based on insights and business needs.

What You Bring

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented personality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working internationally and with cross-functional teams.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
  • Background in project management (Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus).
  • PMP or CSM certification (a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
