Job Overview

  • High-quality preparation of cakes, desserts, and sweets in the in-house patisserie according to specified recipes, using fresh, high-quality ingredients for match days at Allianz Arena, SAP Garden Arena, Olympiapark, and other locations.
  • Presentation and arrangement of dishes according to customer specifications.
  • Coordination of preparation work and shared responsibility for smooth organization and workflow in the patisserie.
  • Adherence to delivery times, quality standards, and hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications

  • First professional experience as a pastry chef and baker in catering, banquet, or à la carte kitchen.
  • Team spirit! Without this, success is unlikely.
  • Adaptable and flexible—especially during events when things can change unexpectedly.
  • Experience handling high-volume work; energetic and charismatic personality to engage guests and create a fun atmosphere.
  • Pride in your work and a desire to create memorable guest experiences.
