SAP HCM and Success Factors - Service & Support Specialist (m / f / d)

Your tasks

• You strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Service & Support department, especially in HR Systems, more specific, in SAP HCM & Success Factors platforms.
• You support our HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions Experts colleagues from Lidl, Kaufland and other companies in the Schwarz Group with troubleshooting.
• You prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error tickets.
• Your activities also include close cooperation with the specialist departments and the internal and external development departments.
• If necessary, you train the local support departments with specially created training sessions.
• Continuous optimization of the support processes and operation is one of the focus on your day- to- day.
• You handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid long-term disruptions in HR Systems.
• You are the service contact person for application support
