Assistant Manager – Operations

Type : full time

Responsibilities :

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.

Train and supervise a team of sales associates.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.

Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to increase revenue.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2+ years of experience in management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of software and inventory management.
