Essential Skills :

• Practical experience of implementing emoluments and payroll policy and allowances;
• Knowledge of invoicing and payments procedures;
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting, including preparation, control and execution of the budget;
• Experience of working with complex financial software tools;
• Good knowledge of the administration of personnel as well as proven capability to draft papers, letters and documents sometimes to tight deadlines in the English language.

You are required to have or obtain Security Clearance at Secret level (SC), and you are also required to be a citizen of an OCCAR Member State (Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom).
