Sap Basis Project Manager

RED Global is working with one of our key clients on a new long-term freelance opportunity for an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in SAP Basis.

• Responsibilities :
• Lead complex infrastructure-related SAP projects involving system upgrades, cloud environments, and Basis operations.
• Details :
• Start : ASAP
• Duration : 12 months + possible extension
• Location : Madrid, Spain (other locations considered)
• Requirements :
• 10+ years of SAP Basis experience
• Proven track record with installations, upgrades, system refreshes (ECC, BW / BI, PI / PO)
• Expertise in complex environments (DR, BRS)
• Experience with SAP on Linux / Wintel, HANA, Oracle, SQL databases
• Cloud experience (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Experience managing Basis-related projects and audits
• Strong Project Management skills (risk assessment, planning, leadership, communication)

This is a Project Manager role — overseeing infrastructure delivery, collaborating with technical teams, and driving project success without being hands-on technically.
