We are currently seeking a Head of Product to support the launch of a new Edtech startup based in Barcelona with significant growth potential and social impact.

Role :

• Collaborate with founders to develop a robust product vision and long-term strategy.
• Understand user needs and eliminate friction to create an intuitive experience for seniors to discover experiences and connect meaningfully.
• Attract top talent to build a team of product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Work with design, engineering, data, and other teams to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and create impactful solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional team, translating OKRs into a clear roadmap and prioritized backlog.
• Ensure timely and successful product delivery by removing development hurdles.
• Prioritize features in collaboration with the tech lead and engineering team.
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
• Represent the user's voice through research and interaction.
