QA LEAD & PM- OTT

We are looking for a QA Lead with solid experience in TV platforms to join our team focused on developing cutting-edge audiovisual applications. You will define and oversee quality processes, lead a team of QA engineers, and collaborate closely with development, product, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.

What You'll Do :

• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies and test plans for SmartTVs and streaming platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices and high performance.
• Coordinate and oversee manual and automated testing across multiple devices and environments.
• Ensure compatibility and optimal performance across various TV models and firmware versions.
• Manage bug tracking and quality metrics using tools like Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality from concept to release.
• Validate playback flows, remote control functionality, and user interface navigation for an exceptional user experience.
• Use tools such as Charles Proxy or Wireshark to monitor network traffic and resolve complex issues.
• Act as a quality advocate, promoting QA culture and continuous process improvements across teams.
