At ING we are looking for Process Specialist Affluent Segment

Your role and work environment :

ING Bank is planning to enter the affluent segment in Spain a large market serving more than 600b in household wealth and showing a growth rate of 4% annually. ING Bank is in the process of launching a comprehensive new proposition tailored to affluent digitally savvy customers. As we build this innovative solution we are assembling a multidisciplinary team to bring ideas into execution. Join us in shaping the future of banking for Spains affluent market.

Your key responsibilities :

You will be part of the team in charge of building a new value proposition for affluent customers providing them a personalized financial and investment services. You will lead the definition and execution / implementation of the product proposition.

As part of this product definition and execution / implementation it includes different tasks as the following :

  • Understanding client needs. Driven and customer focused.
  • Innovation mindset identifying new market trends and learning from best practices in affluents industry.
  • Lead negotiation with product and tool providers from the operational side (including RFP).
  • Definition of efficient and safe operational processes the delight our customers.

At the same time as Process Specialist you are be also responsible of :

  • Customer Experience : Provide the best customer experience by designing mapping and constantly improving the customer journey. With an endtoend process view being able to collect CX and datatranslating into UX and IT landscapes .
  • Digital Strategy : As expert in digital experience be proactive in the identification of new capabilities in our digital platform to engage o ur customers and increase efficiency of our processes bringing the best experience in the moments of truth.
  • Operational excellence : In collaboration with business and customer teams definition of simple and robust processes to guarantee the maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework (CNMV but not limited to).
  • Data Fluency : Comprehend define select and analyze data to gain insights that enhance the decisionmaking process . Responsible to guarantee scalable and safe processes before and after any implementation.
  • Agile Delivery : Translate business needs in requirements for the implementation in the IT and change cycle. Prioritizing based on value delivery for our customers in short cycles defining a first MVP and improving with the feedback gathered. Strive for efficiency reduce complexity in our definitions pursuing for innovative solutions. Manages dependencies nonfinancial risk awareness and impediments.

    • Proven track record and technical skills

  • University degree;
  • 4 years professional experience in banking
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Valuable proven experience with processes and projects management from the operational side

    Tu rol y entorno de trabajo :

    ING est planeando entrar en el segmento de clientes affluent en Espaa un gran mercado que maneja ms de 600 mil millones de euros en riqueza de hogares y muestra una tasa de crecimiento anual del 4%. ING est en proceso de lanzar una nueva propuesta integral adaptada a clientes afluentes y digitalmente sofisticados. Mientras construimos esta solucin innovadora estamos formando un equipo multidisciplinario para llevar las ideas a la ejecucin. nete a nosotros para dar forma al futuro de la banca para el mercado de Affluent de Espaa.

    Tus principales responsabilidades :

    Formars parte del equipo encargado de construir una nueva propuesta de valor para clientes affluent proporcionndoles servicios financieros y de inversin personalizados. Liderars la definicin y ejecucin / implementacin de la propuesta de producto. Como parte de esta definicin y ejecucin / implementacin del producto se incluyen diferentes tareas como las siguientes :

  • Comprender las necesidades de los clientes. Orientado / a y enfocado / a en el cliente.
  • Mentalidad innovadora identificando nuevas tendencias del mercado y aprendiendo de las mejores prcticas en la industria de afluentes.
  • Liderar la negociacin con proveedores de productos y herramientas desde el lado operativo (incluyendo RFP).
  • Definicin de procesos operativos eficientes y seguros que deleiten a nuestros clientes.

    • Al mismo tiempo como Especialista de Procesos tambin sers responsable de :

  • Experiencia del Cliente : Proporcionar la mejor experiencia al cliente diseando mapeando y mejorando constantemente el recorrido del cliente. Con una visin de proceso de extremo a extremo capaz de recopilar CX y datos traduciendo en paisajes UX e IT.
  • Estrategia Digital : Como experto / a en experiencia digital ser proactivo / a en la identificacin de nuevas capacidades en nuestra plataforma digital para involucrar a nuestros clientes y aumentar la eficiencia de nuestros procesos brindando la mejor experiencia en los momentos de la verdad.
  • Excelencia Operativa : En colaboracin con equipos de negocio y clientes definicin de procesos simples y robustos para garantizar la mxima proteccin al cliente y buscando ser los mejores en el exigente marco regulatorio (CNMV entre otros).
  • Fluidez de Datos : Comprender definir seleccionar y analizar datos para obtener insights que mejoren el proceso de toma de decisiones. Responsable de garantizar procesos escalables y seguros antes y despus de cualquier implementacin.
  • Entrega gil : Traducir las necesidades del negocio en requisitos para la implementacin en el ciclo de IT y cambio. Priorizando en funcin de la entrega de valor para nuestros clientes en ciclos cortos definiendo un primer MVP y mejorando con los comentarios recopilados. Esforzarse por la eficiencia reducir la complejidad en nuestras definiciones buscando soluciones innovadoras. Gestionar dependencias conciencia de riesgos no financieros e impedimentos.
