Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced its intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned with the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). Key Responsibilities :

Integrated into the AMS department and under the supervision of an AMS Team Manager, the Senior SAP HCM PY Consultant is responsible for supporting our outsourced SAP customers :

• Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and technical activities
• Manage simple tickets after receiving functional analysis and guidance on technical implementation
• Generate maintainable, bug-free code and customizations following Alight best practices
• Conduct system tests using provided or self-generated data to ensure applications meet specifications
• Provide technical and functional documentation on issues handled
• Manage daily priorities and tickets, ensuring deadlines are met, and report progress to the Team Manager
• Maintain communication channels and report status, resolution, and root cause of issues
• Understand HR flows and SAP HR architecture

As a senior agent, responsibilities include coaching junior agents, supporting legal changes in France, and serving as a subject matter expert on SAP PY.
