Descripción del trabajoDrive global ocean freight product initiatives from strategy to execution Lead cross-functional product development including business processes, wireframes, and validation Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Establish SOPs, policies, and global standards in collaboration with relevant teams Develop KPIs and performance reporting (e.g., in Qlik Sense) to improve data quality and transparency Conduct user research, manage internal / external feedback, and lead A / B testing and pilot programs Align with rollout teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution Guide and support team members, fostering effective collaboration and resolving blockers Continuously improve products based on user insights and business needs
