The PCS team leads the industry in generating data to incorporate the patient voice into medication development and commercialization. We focus on understanding and meeting client needs, primarily in the life sciences / pharmaceutical sector, through broad consulting expertise and scientific knowledge to design rigorous research, including qualitative, quantitative, and passive approaches.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Consultant in ClinRO Services, responsibilities include :

• Review scales administered by raters to ensure standardization and data reliability.
• Evaluate assessment quality through live interactions and provide feedback.
• Prepare for discussions with raters by reviewing case data and relevant documents.
• Complete scheduled rater interactions and tasks.
• Ensure timely documentation of all tasks.
• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Assess rater performance through mock interviews and assist in communications.
• Remotely contact clinical trial participants to administer assessments and document information.
