Accounting Specialist

The Role of a Junior Accountant- To contribute to the financial health and accuracy of operations, as well as compliance with accounting principles and regulations.Main Responsibilities :

• Check, post, and pay incoming vendor invoices.- Issue outgoing invoices (national and international).- Reconcile accounts and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger.- Provide essential support for monthly accounting pre-closure activities.- Create and modify master data for efficient financial data management in SAP Fi.- Keep vendor data updated in the general ledger.- Quarterly vendor control account reconciliation.- Correct documentation and storage of payment supporting documents.- Weekly expense administration :

check correct posting in the general ledger and arrange for payments.- Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of bank account balances.- Inter-company balance reconciliation.- Support tax expert with correct reporting and payment of taxes.- Ensure Accounting manuals and guidelines are updated.- Actively participate in the Company's audit process.
