We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and summarize data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and internal reports.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information.
  • Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives.
  • Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with the development of sales materials and presentations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Physical Requirements

    This role is primarily sedentary, requiring sitting / standing for long periods, operating office equipment, and occasional movement within the office. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds may be required.
