Social Media Specialist

Location : SPAIN / ITALY / PORTUGAL or UK (remote available)

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in managing corporate social media accounts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

They should have strong copywriting skills and be comfortable working in an international environment.

Main responsibilities will be :

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms. Reddit experience is a plus.
• Create content including posts, articles, and ideas for visual assets (such as carousels, videos, and images) in collaboration with the graphic team to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on social media KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our social media approach.
• Manage and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, and fostering conversations across channels to build relationships and enhance engagement.
• Support the management of paid social media campaigns (experience in advertising is a plus).
