Job Title : Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on critical software testing initiatives for clients, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of comprehensive experience in software quality assurance, with a strong background in functional and automation testing, and test planning, with hands-on experience in both cloud and DevOps environments. Prior experience within the Oil & Gas domain is preferred, and exposure to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) or Sustainability products like e-Cow will be a significant advantage.

This role involves leading testing efforts, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and driving defect resolution in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and approaches for various software applications.
• Oversee the design, development, and execution of detailed test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and traceability.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage the logging, prioritization, tracking, and verification of defects from identification to resolution.
• Identify and implement opportunities for test automation, utilizing appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Prepare and present clear test reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to testing processes and methodologies for enhanced efficiency and quality.
