JC Aircraft Maintenance is an engineering services company supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.

JCAM is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner to be based in Madrid (MAD), Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft Check Packs.
  • Distribution of Check Packs to the relevant maintenance teams.
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up, and entered in aircraft records.
  • Collating all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensuring that it is completed correctly.
  • Following up on incomplete / missing paperwork.
  • Any other duties / tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous Document Control experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Aircraft experience / knowledge is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills are essential.
  • Strong communication (written & oral).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
