Description The Senior Business Analyst requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, being able to resolve analytical problems working with onshore, offshore, and client teams. You are a critical member of the Agile delivery team driving the development of business and functional requirements, communication at all levels and contributing to the strategic roadmap of the project.The ideal candidate is multi-talented across several fields; software engineering, business analysis, math, critical thinking, good business sense, great communication skills, passion for problem solving. This individual needs to be highly resourceful and intellectually curious with solid analytical skills. The Senior Business Analyst must go beyond just running the numbers and be able to translate relevant information into actionable insights that provide business value to clients. This individual must strive to be well-rounded and good at many things from technical to business to operations to communication skills.

Key Responsibilities The Senior Business Analyst performs hands-on business analysis activities by understanding client business needs and through a detailed analysis process transforms them into detailed functional requirements. The position requires close collaboration with solution architects, product & program managers, business users and other stakeholders. You are responsible for the delivery of business analysis outputs (i.e. business and functional requirements) through development of requirements artifacts, communication, and oversight of analysis deliverables with Agile teams. You will also contribute ideas and suggestions to the strategic roadmap for the company and may support and may lead other business analysts. Specific activities and deliverables include :

• Use commonly applied business analysis tools & techniques and expertise to elicit, analyze, document and obtain sign-off on the functional and business requirements
• Analyze current / future states of client business processes and perform gap analysis against EIS Suite capabilities and produce necessary requirements to address the needs
• Collaborate with the Agile teams through project lifecycle to drive the implementation of the EIS Suite software product to meet client business needs
• Assume ownership of analysis activities in a specific area or business domain including planning program iterations, reporting on status, risks and issues.
• Closely collaborate with architects and developers on daily basis and assist in solution design activities for complex requirements
• Support, coach or lead other business analysts depending on the need and nature of the initiative
• Educate Product Owners & Clients in our implementation process and coach them in EIS Suite capabilities to make them efficient team members
• Promote best Business Analysis ethic and practices within the team and the company
