We are looking for a HR Administrative talent with French mother tongue language who will be based in our CoE in Barcelona.

Your responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations.
  • Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department
  • Contribute to various HR projects

Your Profile :

  • Experience : Previous professional experience as HR Generalist.
  • Qualifications : Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent.
  • Knowledge : Expertise in Swiss labour law and HR administration.
  • Languages : French mother tongue language and excellent English skills.
  • Skills : Analytical and pragmatic mindset, people management skills, team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, dynamic, solution-oriented, adaptable and proactive.
