FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-Time Product Designer – UI / UX in our Cyprus office – a certified Great Place to Work.

You will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. This is a hands-on role that involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-centric designs in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Reporting to : Head of Operations

Responsibilities :

  • Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications
  • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
  • Ensure responsive design and smooth interaction across platforms and devices
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and QA to translate business and technical requirements into user-centric design solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and design reviews, ensuring alignment across teams
  • Support front-end teams during implementation, resolving UI inconsistencies and refining design specs
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to understand user behavior and pain points
  • Convert findings into actionable insights that drive design decisions
  • Participate in A / B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on product features
  • Contribute to and maintain the FP Markets Design System, ensuring consistency in design language, accessibility, and brand integrity
  • Document design patterns, components, and guidelines for cross-functional reference
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry research
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX methodologies, and tools to continuously enhance user experience

Candidate Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a UI / UX or Product Design role, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or tech industries
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Strong understanding of design systems, UX principles, user psychology, and responsive design
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, problem-solving skills, and final UI work is required
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
