As a Sales Digital Campaign Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, profile prospects, discover their needs, and drive new business through outbound campaigns.
You will help businesses collaborate more effectively, innovate, and grow. As part of the Sales Development team, you will be the first contact point for numerous businesses, engaging proactively to generate enthusiasm, assess their needs, and guide them along the appropriate sales pathway.
You will work towards individual targets within a larger team focused on expanding our customer base across EMEA. The role primarily involves outbound calls in a phone-based environment.
Requirements
What we are looking for :
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Previous sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
- Some experience in outbound B2B sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and working towards team targets
- Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate various business models
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service
