We’re expanding our team at Alén Space and are looking for a Technical Product Support Engineer with passion, talent, and experience. This role involves assisting customers, providing first-level technical support, reviewing and improving product manuals, and collaborating closely with the sales team and product owners.

What you will be doing

  • Learn to use our products in real-world environments through ongoing contact with product and technical teams.
  • Review and improve user documentation and manuals for clarity, consistency, and comprehensiveness.
  • Validate instructions in manuals by executing them in real scenarios to identify errors or improvements.
  • Support clients during the post-sales phase by analyzing issues and providing effective responses.
  • Coordinate internal actions to resolve incidents promptly.
  • Provide training to clients on product usage, including standard and customized solutions.
  • Contribute to product improvement by relaying user feedback to the product team.

What we need in our team

  • Technical background, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems based on microcontrollers and SoCs.
  • Passion for technology and quick learning ability.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Valuable but not mandatory : knowledge of electronics and RF.
  • Candidate qualifications and skills

  • Ability to work remotely part of the time, as agreed with the Area Manager.
  • Flexible start / finish times, reduced hours on Fridays and in summer.
