As a Product Designer (at Senior, Lead or Principal level), you'll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, our User Insights team and other cross-functional teams to craft a world-class products with embedded privacy and data protection features that will revolutionize the way people search, surf, and exist online.

• Implementing our privacy-first AI chat into our search product
• Launching screen animations for mobile
• Design and test alternative Duck Player mobile entry points and UX

You'll have the opportunity to level up our products through exploring and testing concepts that improve overall experience and increase delight while appealing to a broader audience.

With this role, we're eager to leverage not just your UX skills, but your ability to add creativity and delight to our products. You're visual designer at heart who cares about craft, challenging the norm and is eager to differentiate our brand through bold color, typography, motion, and interaction choices.

Applying your hands-on design skills, you will autonomously lead highly impactful projects that scale across millions of users. From ideation to execution, you'll assess vague problems, propose high-impact solutions, and execute them against a set of success criteria. You'll have a voice in all product-related design decisions, whether large or small, and an opportunity to work on a team dedicated to our ethical, privacy by design approach. Compensation

178,500 - $243,800 USD annually and stock options. Compensation is identical within professional levels, regardless of geographic location or team. Compensation for each professional level is transparent across the organization.
