Main Task

The selected candidate will join the Technical Support Department, responsible for resolving queries and incidents with cutting-edge technologies in the IT area.

Required Knowledge / Skills

• Over 3 years of experience in managing NetApp storage systems
• Over 3 years of experience in managing server and workstation virtualization systems (Vmware / Citrix)
• Over 3 years of experience in managing data protection software (NetApp, Commvault, Veeam Backup, Backup Exec, etc.)
• Installation and configuration of networking solutions (Cisco, HP Aruba)
• Proficiency in technical English (reading and writing)
