The Whiteam Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP S4HANA Functional Consultant – Source to Pay (STP) to join an international S / 4HANA implementation project. We are seeking a functional and technical expert who can act as a liaison between business teams and the integrator (SI), leading key activities in every project phase.

Key Responsibilities : Project Implementation :

  • Provide SAP S4HANA functional and technical expertise, particularly in Source to Pay (STP).
  • Report status and progress of activities within your domain.
  • Raise risks and issues in coordination with the SI Team Lead during any project phase.
  • Actively participate in the design, build, test, and deployment of S4HANA functionality in collaboration with BPOs and the SI STP team.

Coordination and Management :

  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, ensuring business processes align with SAP Best Practices.
  • Work with the SI team to identify and document essential WRICEFs (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
  • Facilitate the communication between Business Owners and the SI to ensure mutual understanding of requirements.

    • Validation and Quality Assurance :

  • Review and validate all project deliverables from the SI team (e.g., BPMs, Configuration Guides, Functional Designs, Technical Designs) to ensure they meet agreed quality standards.
  • Participate in system configuration and validate Configuration Guides.

    • Testing, UAT, and Go-Live :

  • Lead testing activities and defect management, especially during UAT with Key Business Users.
  • Support business users during the training phase.
  • Participate in planning and executing Cutover activities, with special emphasis on Interfaces and Data Migration.

    • Post Go-Live :

  • Contribute to the stabilization of functionality after Go-Live and ensure a smooth transition to Application Maintenance.

    • Requirements : Experience :

  • Proven experience in SAP S4HANA implementation projects, specifically in Source to Pay (STP).
  • Functional and technical knowledge of STP processes and WRICEFs management.
  • Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and working with integrator teams (SI).

    • Skills :

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Experience in testing and defect management during UAT.
  • Proven experience working with multicultural and international teams.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).

    • Desirable :

  • Experience with Renault / HORSE or automotive industry projects.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes.
  • Prior experience in S4HANA Greenfield projects.
