Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2010 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE : EVC). We power campaigns for Apps, Games, and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest-growing DSPs, and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe.

This position is based in Barcelona.

Your mission :

The final candidate will be the first point of contact for all your clients, with a main focus on growing the partnerships daily. This includes monitoring the performance of our user acquisition campaigns, optimizing towards clients' KPIs, and overachieving them. You will be responsible for identifying key business development initiatives to grow your portfolio. The right candidate will be team-oriented, analytically strong, and have a problem-solving attitude.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to achieve goals
  • Enable decision-making through data-driven strategies and insights
  • Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communication
  • Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stages
  • Lead client meetings and regular business reviews
  • Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and promote our in-house mobile advertising solutions

Skills and requirements :

  • 1+ years of mobile experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic platforms is a MUST
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to develop strong relationships with clients; proficiency in English is a MUST
  • Analytical skills with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA
  • Strong understanding of the mobile app industry : actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMPs
  • Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Positive attitude, passion for Apps, and enthusiasm for problem-solving
  • Please note that we do NOT provide VISA sponsorship. Candidates without a legal permit to work in Spain will not be considered.
