Content & Playbooks – Create and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and value proposition materials that align with the buyer journey.
Technology & CRM Optimisation – Leverage sales enablement platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot), and AI-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance performance.
Performance Analytics – Monitor sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted solutions to drive measurable results.
Sales Readiness – Ensure the team is equipped with the latest industry insights, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to win more deals.
Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training within a fast-paced environment (B2B SaaS).
Proficiency in CRM and sales tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms).
Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to measure and enhance sales effectiveness.
