Job Description

Your role involves planning, developing, and executing capital projects supporting technical developments, feasibility studies, and engineering activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, manufacturing excellence, and environmental standards. You will adhere to Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on project development and execution, including preparing plant documentation, facilitating critical information flow, and leading project verifications and reviews.
  • Support strategic plant planning, develop investment strategies, and manage CAPEX budgets aligned with infrastructure, growth, and productivity needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities, simplify processes, and evaluate manufacturing solutions to address supply and demand gaps.
  • Create investment plans for digitalization and automation initiatives within the plant.

Qualifications

  • Solid operational and manufacturing experience in the CPG industry, with knowledge of TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma, safety, and GMP standards.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business and manufacturing processes, with project management and technical / financial skills.
  • Strategic thinking, results-driven, innovative, and capable of working across organizational levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities.
  • Educational background in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Agroindustrial, or Food Engineering.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of project and engineering team management experience.
