About the role
We are seeking a hands-on, content-obsessed Social Media Community Manager to enhance our online presence across LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, our podcast ecosystem, and alea.com. You will collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, Design team, and directly with our Founder to support and promote his recently launched podcast, The Under Pressure Podcast .
This role is ideal for a native-English content lover, naturally curious, quick learner, skilled at turning raw transcripts into engaging blog posts, and experienced in managing social media and content for B2B brands, founders, or podcasts.
Responsibilities
As a Social Media Community Manager, you will...
- Manage LinkedIn & Community Engagement : Engage with our founder’s network and amplify podcast or PR-related content in real-time.
- Podcast Management (Under Pressure Podcast) : Collaborate with the Founder to grow the podcast's audience, upload episodes to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Audible, and YouTube, write show notes, pull-quotes, and social snippets, and coordinate with Design for branding.
- YouTube & Video Content : Manage Alea’s YouTube channel, re-upload content, create snackable clips from webinars and panels, and coordinate visuals for promotion.
- Website & Blog Content : Convert transcripts into SEO-friendly blog articles, update the blog homepage, and upload news, updates, and recaps.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance across platforms and deliver monthly insights to the marketing team.
- Content Creation & Social Media Engagement : Create short-form videos, engaging posts, and campaigns tailored for various platforms, staying current with social media trends.
Qualifications
Native-level English proficiency with sharp, engaging writing and excellent grammar.1-2+ years of experience in social media, content, or podcast management, preferably in B2B, tech, or founder-led content.Experience with LinkedIn strategy and engagement.Knowledge of CMS / blog platforms, YouTube Studio, and podcast hosting platforms.Strong editorial instincts and ability to transform transcripts into compelling content.Organized, proactive, and collaborative, comfortable working with senior leadership.Creative yet structured thinking, capable of executing big ideas with clarity.Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.What We Offer
