Job Description

About the team :

The New Ventures area leads innovation, developing new ventures and solutions that generate revenue. Currently, a key focus is establishing a cohesive noa.ai ecosystem.

One flagship initiative is Noa Notes, which automates clinical note creation during patient consultations using AI to listen and extract medical information, generating structured notes. This helps healthcare professionals focus on patient care, saves time, and improves workflow and patient experience.

Role

We seek a strategic leader as Engineering Manager for the New Ventures / Noa Medic area. You will report to the Engineering Director, manage multiple teams, and focus on building high-performing teams for greenfield projects, supporting organizational processes, and fostering professional development.

In the first six months, you will prepare the handover of Noa Notes, help transition it to the Steam-aligned teams, and lead the transformation to enable rapid development of Noa Skills. The role requires a product mindset, fast iteration, alignment with business metrics, and a co-founder mindset — we seek a partner, not just an employee!
