Business Continuity Management Expert

Promote Group Operational Resilience vision and ambition for sounding practice implemented at Entities, and act as catalyzer for the successful local implementation.

Develop, deploy, and oversee the successful local implementation of the Group Operational Resilience Policy, Instructions, and guidelines, identifying industry best practices that complement AXA governance and overall strategy.

Serve as the point of contact for Business Continuity Management, providing advisory support as required.

Develop and deploy the Group’s Business Continuity Management strategy and related support documentation.

Participate in horizon scanning activities for Business Resilience to identify future developments and areas of risk.

Create and provide best practice materials for global entities to develop compliant programs, including training and guidance for Business Continuity Management teams.

Establish relationships with entity BCM representatives and offer support and guidance to global Business Continuity Management teams.

Monitor compliance across global entities and report to executive governance, ensuring the quality of Business Continuity plans, procedures, training, and skills.

This position will significantly impact the promotion of Operational Resilience, focusing on Business Continuity Management across the group.
