Empleado de Back Office

Smart NDT SL is looking for a candidate to join the Back Office team for order and customer management.

We are a growing company with a professional and dynamic Team with decades of experience in the distribution of solutions for non-destructive testing

Responsibilities

The person will be 360° responsible for order management, will be the main interface for customer support, will have independent management for re-orders and stock trends in the warehouse

Requirements

Aptitude for customer management, problem solving, autonomy, professional use of IT platforms and company CRM.

Intermediate Level in written and spoken English is required and Spanish mother tongue!

We would meet candidtes with 3 / 4 years of experience in Back Office or Customer care activities.

Office Knowledge is a MUST!
