Role Overview

We’re hiring Campaign Managers across three levels - Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior. This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team building campaigns that shape culture across platforms and markets.

Languages Required : Fluency in English and at least one of the following – Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Turkish

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end execution of high-value, global campaigns—from strategy to delivery—working directly with clients and creators.

Responsibilities :

• Own high-value projects across campaign casting, creator negotiation, project delivery, and post-campaign reporting.
• Lead creator selection using data-backed insights; oversee contracts and manage legal escalations when needed.
• Control budgets and optimize spend to meet CPV / ROI targets.
• Run client communications, lead update calls, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all phases.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Strategy teams to maximize performance.
• Manage content review for FTC and brand guideline compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and refine internal processes for greater efficiency.

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll support campaign delivery while independently handling components like casting, coordination, and performance review.
