JOB POSITION : Business Tester

REPORT LINE : IT Department & Local Champions

Business tester with focus on testing to manage operations.

Main Responsibilities :

Test the requirements.

Test the use cases out of the box.

Analyze tests results, identify defects, and collaborate with the Local Champions to resolve them.

Ensure testing processes align with timelines and quality standards.

Supports the Local Champions and the testing team in reviewing defects raised.

Required skills :

• Proven experience as a Business Tester in a Financial Entity.
• Knowledge of Financial & Operating lease and loans. Financial calculations.
• Knowledge of IT systems and applications.
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
• Analytical and Critical Thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration and Teamwork.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• English verbal and written communication skills. English (B2).
